Quickly add a current driver to start tracking their document compliance. You can fill in W9, bank, and full document uploads later from their record.
Exports W9 details for all currently approved drivers as an Excel file, ready for 1099 preparation.
Select which document(s) needs to re-upload. They'll get an email with a direct link to replace just those documents.
| Display name (DBA / brand) | |
| Legal name (contracts & 1099s) | |

Display name appears across the app and in emails. Legal name is used in the contractor agreement and printed signed copies; if blank, the display name is used.
| Admin email | |

| Report email (mobile CSV) |
Admin and dispatch emails are used by automated reminder and notification emails.
| Expiry warning window | days before expiry |

Formatting: lines starting with ## become headings, **bold** for bold, blank lines separate paragraphs. Tokens {{legal_name}} and {{company_name}} are filled in automatically. Clear the box and save to restore the built-in default. Edits only affect future signings — each driver's signed copy keeps the exact text they agreed to.
These links appear in the approval and setup-complete emails. When you replace a document (e.g. a new Google Drive file), paste the new link here. Leave a row blank to omit it.
| Sync endpoint URL | |
| Shared secret |
Drivers are pushed to Blocks (name, phone, availability) automatically when their status becomes approved. Clearing the endpoint URL disables both the automatic sync and the manual "Sync to Blocks" button — the trigger logs a warning and skips. The shared secret is write-only: it shows only its last 4 characters, and leaving it blank keeps the stored value.
